Enrollment opens for new families. 

Enrollment will remain open until the classes are full. 

After classes have filled, a waitlist will be formed. 

Please complete the appropriate MNS Membership Application (link below).
$100 non-refundable registration fee is due at time of application. You can pay via check made out to "Mayo Nursery School" or by PayPal or Zelle (see below). Checks should be mailed to the school at the following address:

Priority for class enrollment will be given to current students and alumni families. After the priority enrollment, remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 

You will receive an email to confirm your enrollment or status on the waitlist, if applicable. 

Later, you will be contacted with information regarding required paperwork and the first and last months' tuition which will be due May 1, 2025 to secure your child's spot in the class. Other paperwork will be collected at the first General Membership Meeting prior to the first day of school.
