Enrollment will remain open until the classes are full.
After classes have filled, a waitlist will be formed.
Interested families can attend open house to get a tour of the playground and classroom.
Please sign up for a time to come in.
Step 1: Complete the appropriate MNS Membership Application for the class you would like to enroll your child in. The google form links are below.
Step 2: Submit your $100 non-refundable registration fee, which is due at time of application. You can pay via check made out to "Mayo Nursery School" or by PayPal or Zelle (see links below).
Step 3: Look for an email to confirm your enrollment or status on the waitlist, if applicable. This confirmation email will come out before March 1st.
Step 4: Pay first and last months tuition to confirm your spot in the program. This payment must be made by May 1, 2026 or you will forfeit your students spot.
Step 5: Complete the enrollment forms found on the "Enrollment Forms" page on this website. There are forms for adult volunteers and for students. All forms are due at the first membership meeting, scheduled for August 27th, 2026. All paperwork must be completed before your child can start attending Mayo Nursery School.
